Smokey Bbq Chili

I've had a few people ask for the recipe for the chili I made last Saturday, so TA-DA!

I start by cooking a pound of ground beef, adding a little salt, and a tablespoon of minced garlic. I also add in some chopped onion.

I drain the fat, then chop up some mushroom (I usually use chopped mushroom from a can).

Then the mushrooms are added to the meat.

While the mushrooms are cooking down, I get my crock pot out are start adding:

1 can pinto beans
1 can great northern beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can red beans
1 can rotel
1 can diced tomato
1 14 oz jar of pizza sauce
1 packet McCromick Smokey Bbq Chili

Then I add the meat and mushrooms to the bean mix.

I stir it all together with my big wooden spoon, put the lid on, turn the crock pot on Low, and let it cook for 7 hours.

TA-DA
Dinner is made!
Top it with sour cream, Fritos, and hot sauce.

Like I said before, it's one of my favorites!
